Watermark Faculty Success helps NMSU faculty record their teaching, scholarship, service, and other professional activities and use that information to generate reports.
Start by accessing your account, reviewing your profile, and learning where to enter your activities. College liaisons are available to help with account and reporting questions.

Sign in using your NMSU credentials to access Faculty Success.
Need an account?
Complete the account-request form to provide the information needed to set up your access.
If you previously had an account, contact your college liaison for help restoring access.
Start Building Your Profile

Review your existing information.
After signing in, open My Profile and review the information already recorded. Some information is imported or maintained administratively. Contact your college liaison if you find information you cannot correct. -
Add or update your activities.
Record your teaching, scholarship, service, and other professional activities. Use the Data Entry Guide to identify the appropriate activity screens. -
Follow NMSU's activity and reporting guidance.
